And I think "Dutch AA" is correct, but hey, that's what it says on thier web page...

It;s an abbreviation for Pantser Rups(voertuig) Tegen Luchtdoelen.
Dutch for armored vehicle against air targets.
Better known to it's friends as "Pruttel".
