Tony LeungThis TIE Interceptor shares the same "body" or "cockpit" parts as the TIE Fighter kit. The only difference are the solar panels/"wings"

Tony LeungDavid. I compared the fuselage of the MPC kits to the Fine Molds kits, the FM kits "seems" a bit bigger. 1/51 versus 1/48 that is hard to see the difference.
