1953 Studebaker Sedan delivery
Jimmy Flintstone 1953 Studebaker sedan delivery body with AMT Studebaker decals and MRP wheels and tires. The paint is Testors red rattle can paint with Testors Candy red rattle can paint overcoat. I may revisit the finish because I think that I can improve upon it.
The engine compartment was covered in bare metal foil. The engine is a Revell Parts Pack 354 cubic inch Cadillac with six carbeuretors. I think that I can shorten the ignition wires when I take the body off for refinishing.
The pit bull came from a low rider accessory Pak. She looks very much like my pit bull, who was a real sweetheart. We miss her very much. This little dog keeps her alive.
The eight exhaust pipes were my idea.

I had a lot of fun building it. Most of the Jimmy Flintstone bodies that I have used have been pretty good. Like most resin bodies, they can be a little thick and have some pinholes to deal with.
I fell in love with the dog. It reminds me of my dog Spice.

I built this model a few years ago.
