Here are the first photos of my new project: I upgraded the cockpit with PE parts from Eduard. The nozzles and air intakes come from ResKit and are miles better than the kit parts.

Thank you gentlemen for the motivating words. Here are a few pictures of the current condition of the Rafale. While the aircraft itself is still in a completely innocent white, the additional tanks look a little more interesting. I didn't do any preshading because I think it would look a bit excessive on a completely repainted aircraft. But a panelline wash is a must. I've already done this for the additional tank in the foreground, all that's missing is a semi-matt clear coat.

The application of the approximately 250 decals is now complete, which was not easy because they are extremely thin and curl up quickly. Now some repair work needs to be done.

Wow… 250 decals! While I'm sure as the builder, you can see any flaws, the overall impression is amazing.
