A German armored gun, a tank destroyer, captured by the Poles during the Warsaw Uprising on August 2, 1944 during the battles for the Main Post Office.
The vehicle belonged to the 743rd Tank Destroyer Battalion (Armee-Panzerjäger-Abteilung 743), most likely to its 2nd company.
During the insurgents' attack, its German crew was killed, and the machine itself was largely burned. For a short time it was built into a barricade, after which it was repaired by the insurgents and given the name "Chwat". However, it was not used in combat due to the related need to dismantle the barricades. It was garaged in the Main Post Office building, where it was buried due to the destruction of the building.
