Thanks! I had this kit in the stash for about 8 years and finally decided to tackle it a few months ago!

Nice, how did you paint it? It must have been a difficult job.

Wonderful, Glenn!
My favorite 'ships' are the ENTERPRISE (Star Trek) and the MILLENIUM FALCON (Star Wars). You've done a great job! 👍

Holy Crab.....what a nice 1701.
Fine paintjob and a skillful assembling.
I've never seen this kit.
Could you add this album to the related model of our archive here on Scalemate please?
Thx in advance
Dirk

absolutely marvellous modelling Glenn. Congratulations. Indeed, tell us more about the assembly and paint work.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one to be extremely interested in seeing more detailed images of your model. Please share them with us.

It's a shear coincidence that I bought the 1:350th Enterprise NCC 1701-A from Polar a couple of days ago. Your images make me want to start right away!

Yes Peter, of course the collective needs more details. 🙂

Amazing 👍
Resistance is useless. There is no secret inside the collective. 😉

looks great. Didn't know so far there is a 1701 in scale 1/350. She should fit well to my ship models😉

Thank you all for the support! I used Gunze Sanyo colors for the paint work, including Mr. Surfacer 1200 as the primer. I also added the polar lights Aztec decals, which was a lot of work, and took a lot of effort to have them settle down, and there are a few tears on spots, but overall it really adds to the overall effect. Construction was pretty straight forward, but securing the pylons to the upper half of the secondary hull was tricky. My seam work there is not the greatest, but it doesn't show up in these pics!
