Nice work, Joao! I agree with Tim, you've depicted the "scale glossiness" quite nicely. And Kerry, it was William Holden in the movie, not John Wayne - although I think he would have done a great job, too. If anyone gets a chance, read the novel by James Michener. You'll find that the planes are McDonnell F2H Banshees! I believe that the Panthers were used in the movie because they were still in service at the time of filming. 🙂

Hi Cesar, thank you ! I added the Eduard set #ss398 and a lot of scratchbuild (ventral flaps, wing flaps, ventral airbrakes, elevators, rudders, rivetting all surface, pilot seat, jet intakes, gun pipes, navigation lights, area under canopy, clear canopy (had the original craked), among others litle things...
