Well, you liked my work.....so I came and had a nose about. To get an overall finish that nice is some skill. I'm not too good at using shiny paints. I don't want to blame my tools, but a larger spray gun would probably help. I do use an Iwata, but it's more for fine work.
Besides, I've flown with Ansett a few times in the 70s, but didn't know they used 747s?

Q: How long is this 747 kit in 1:200 scale? In 1:144 scale the A380 is rather large I know, like the 747 I am guessing.

@Andy - Yes, Ansett used both Boeing 747-300 and 747-400.
@Treehugger - 747 in 1/200 is about 350 mm long and the wing span is 298 mm
