The wings with the separate slats, are from the trumpeter kit?

No they are not. I separated the slats from the Italeri wings and rebuilt the wing leading edge, with strips of styrene for actuators.

Album info

Completed my build of an early F-100F "Wild Weasel", using Italeri's F-100F. Made some minor improvements to the cockpit and added various antenna's but otherwise built out-of-the-box. Ordnance and decals came from the spares box, with the tailnumber decal home-made.
