Jose Manuel Aguilera SanchezWow! What an awesome kit. I drive a Renault 5 also. Mine is a 1984 TX. I can imagine the pleasure or building a model car that you own in real life. I wish you all the best with your kit. I am looking forward to see your progress as it is such a beautiful model to do.

AntonI have actually made quite a lot of progress on this kit but I became unhappy with the results, mainly with the clear coat, so I put it back in the box and paused it. I am currently building a Tamiya 1/12 motorcycle kit, but maybe I will revisit this soon. It is very closed to finished. I will upload some pictures of the interior and engine compartment so you can see at least that!

AntonI decided to just finish up some of my WIP🤔, the R5 is therefor done. It served as a learning ground for a bunch of new paints and techniques, and even though I'm not overly pleased with the overall finish I think it turned out OK. It looks pretty good from a distance and will serve as a good memory from my first car.
