I added some lead wire to replace the plastic tubes that weren't fully molded. Turned out great.

All the bits ready for priming
![Album image #7 Album image #7](/albums/img/7/9/1/953791-36570-25-720.jpg)
Preshading complete. Trying out a mottled technique to get some slight color modulation in the final grey.
![Album image #8 Album image #8](/albums/img/7/9/2/953792-36570-27-720.jpg)
Underside. I went back and added a bit more mottling after this.
![Album image #9 Album image #9](/albums/img/7/9/4/953794-36570-66-720.jpg)
Extra hull bits preshaded as well. The prop cap is slightly glossy for metallic paint.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/7/9/3/953793-36570-30-720.jpg)
Underside of the hull after the main color painted on. The modulation turned out subtle but still visible. Should be a bit more pronounced after varnishing.

![Album image #16 Album image #16](/albums/img/3/3/3/955333-36570-88-720.jpg)
The prop hub was painted with a brush and acrylic silver paint while spinning it slowing with a hand drill to get the brushed effect.
![Album image #17 Album image #17](/albums/img/7/4/8/964748-36570-16-720.jpg)
Varnish and panel lines always add a lot of detail.
![Album image #18 Album image #18](/albums/img/7/4/6/964746-36570-88-720.jpg)
Color modulation on the upper hull is less apparent, but still visible.
