SkyhikerSeams should be dealt with before priming. Super glue and sanding stick are the best way of dealing with them. It's best to sand the surface up to 1000 grit before applying primer. Afterwards additional problems can be fixed and the primer touched up. Then you should sand to 2000 before actually painting the surface.

I would fill the gaps in the wing (photo #8) with pieces of stretched sprue glued into them, then sand and paint again, of course.
