Completed weapons, head and torso mock-ups.
Head mock-up with aftermarket mono-eye.
Main body colour test on hand - Tamiya Italian Red.
Torso glued and ready for putty, sanding and addition of panel lines and “under skirt” detailing.
Completed Zaku rifle.
Completed 240 mm. Zaku bazooka.
Completed feet, shoulder shield and hand (painted and decals on, but still need weathering).

Head masked for priming.
Masking the forearms was a major pain.
The masking was worth the end result. The forearms now have their decals, topcoat and minimal weathering. Ready to attach hands, and connect to shoulders.
The decals that came with this kit snuggled down pretty well with some decal solution.
Lower leg decals all on and ready for dullcote.
Once dullcote is done, some minor weathering will be done, then final assembly.
Ready to put it all together and do some final light weathering.

Took a break for the summer due to work and life commitments. Weapons completed, hands mostly done, working on head and arms now. January update: I have been able to spend more time on this build, and things are coming along. Everything is being built and painted as subassemblies (legs, arms, torso, etc.) to be joined together at the end.
