Very nice you actually made the blue checkered scheme. I did have enough confidence to try it but it looks really nice.
thank you for comments! The checkered pattern seems to be blue on the actual machine (the finished product in the photo is painted in metallic blue)
It is difficult to understand because only monochrome photos remain.
Album info
Eduard's 1/72 MiG-15/MiG-15bis would be the best kit except there is very little room for weights!
The world's most prolific jet fighter, the MiG-15, with 15,000 built, 3,400 of them are built in Czechoslovakia and exported to Russia and other operating countries.
s/n 141303 MiG-15 (Czechoslovakia)
It is an airplane with a beautiful checkered pattern. Operated in the 1950s. In 1963, the aircraft was lost in an accident.
Red 32 in Cuba MiG-15bis
This is the MiG-15 deployed in Cuba by the establishment of the Castro regime. It has become a threat to the United States.
Both are mostly black-and-white photographs, but Eduard's instructions seem well-researched. The first Profipack version has a simple stencil, but later kits add a caution stencil, and are made separately for Russian and Czech production machines.
Since there is almost no place to put a weight, I prepared grained lead. Since it spills from the bottom of the fuselage, it is reinforced with instant adhesive. If that's not enough, leave the back of the seat open and fill it with lead.
Very good plastic model! It makes me want to make variations such as J-2 and Lim-2.
