That's an amazing stand you have. How do you get the figures so precisely painted at that scale?

I'm not sure what is so great with the figures, I need to use a magnifying lamp and I paint the details with a sharpened and flattened tooth pick... I was actually quite unhappy with the figures as they are lacking in detail.
