Harley MeiroffGood figures of modern US Navy personnel. Different poses. Figures have ball caps but are easily modified to different headgear. I used them all on my 1/200 Curtis Wilbur, DDG-54 by Trumpeter in 1:200.

Harley MeiroffInteresting kit. I have the deluxe version. I plan to build her as the SanDiego in 1944-45. The kit appears to be quite complete. There are tiny plastic pieces that could have been better off as PE. The instructions show baskets on the aft end of the main battery turrets. My research did not show any the baskets. Even the box art doesn't show them. Off they came. The Atlanta still carried the inefficient 1.1 AA batteries which are in included in the kit. The kit also carries a large number of 40mm Bofors quads but they are not shown in the manual.
I'm getting ready to prime a number of sub-assemblies.

Harley MeiroffCompleted 7/31/23. I'm happy with the end results. Very Fire has come out with another Atlanta class cruiser, the USS San Diego. I'm tempted to get her but I would get the base version and use aftermarket details.
