Thank you Mr. D! It's Spanish Air Force, 14th Fighter Wing in late 80's. That was a specific Spanish scheme called "Lagarto" (lizard) and seen mainly on Spanish T-6's F-5's and Mirage F-1's among others.

Green and dark brown are FS34079 forest green and FS30219 dark tan AK Real Colors RC027 and RC 225. "Yellow" color of the Spanish "Lagarto" scheme is very controversial one. It's supposed to be Tan FS20400 but for me, it doesn't fit at all. My interpretation based on multiple photos is Hobby Color H34 toned down with 20% insignia white. Be aware that color in kit photographs is a little bit brighter than the real thing. Thank you for your comments!
