My last two projects are now combined into one...the 1/48 Trumpeter F9F-3 and AMP 1/48 HO3S-1. When I was looking the scene over, something was obviously wrong with my "Toko-Ri" hypothetical. The deck I used was from a previous project which had a TBF Avenger in tri color camouflage and thus, the deck was stained deck blue. Well, the Korean War Essex class CV depicted in the movie had a mahogany stained deck. Easy fix...stained the deck. Both kits were built OOB
