Count me in for this one Acki.....I see that Tamiya has changed the lower hull, I have the DAK Tiger from Tamiya and it has a metal lower hull.....

I have no idea Hanno. All kits from Tamiya in 1/48 have a heavy lower hull. Most of them have a metal lower hull. Wim wrote that his DAK Tiger has one. My Cromwell has also one. Glad that you like the chipping.

Looking Good! What airbrush did you switch to? I really like the chipping on the exhaust covers

very nice one... i just love the 48th afv's from tamiya! people tend to ignore them, i don't know why. they especially seem to dislike the weight - but i think it is an excellent idea, gives the model the needed "feel". i used to put heavy weights into my 35th scale models, too 🙂
