And she's done. Couldn't get the loose joint to stay put, so this is as good as she gets…..

Not bad at all Marty, but I might suggest a bit more practice is required. Another F1 should be pulled out of the stash and started very soon.

Thanks for the positive feedback gentlemen.
Peter, It saddens me to disappoint you once more. I won't be building another F1 car soon. Believe it or not, there was only one in the stash! I do agree that I need a bit more practice on these things. The Toyota rally car is underway, would that qualify a bit, as it is a racing car as well?

Maybe we can resolve that problem in Utrecht or Veldhoven.....
Niet that I think of it, I do not have any F1 in my stash either!

No more buying Spanjaard. For some reason a trio of 1/24 trucks and a trailer showed up at my house last month. The boss wasn't too pleased....

Funny that, my boss just looked at the latest acquisition, a Battlestar Galactica Viper mk2 and said "That's enough. NO MORE. I cried, begged and sniveled like a three year old, but she won't change her mind. Looks like we married twin sisters Marty! They can be so unreasonable at times.

Well gentlemen, I hate to say this but I have acquired 6 new kits, a spray booth, brushes, sanding sponges and other assorted tools, all within the last 2 weeks...and not a peep was heard. The single life is great! 🙂

let see how long it takes Peter or Martin to ship things to the office work and smuggle them home when nobody is looking.....
i promise not to tempt you Martin in Utrech next time.... you will probably do it yourself 😄 😄
i have bypassed the ban by stocking detail sets... they can be piled inside of the boxes without leaving a trace. new place will have some extra space, so it is possible that some kits can be smuggled from alternative deliuvery addresses 😄 😄

The problem isn't getting things into the house. Hiding the stash is, my kids know the contents better than I do and are a couple of snitches 😉
Utrecht will be in october/november. Perhaps there will be some finished kits by then (probably less than hoped)

@Peter As a matter of fact, I work in the automotive service business, so I am told numerous times daily. However, that is why beer was invented. 🙂

Go arrest yourself Rob! I have explained to my wife how she has made me the subject of much derision around the world but she is showing no remorse!

Peter, perhaps we should go Mike's route. Let's get rid of the wives and settle together somewhere halfway between Europe and Australia 😉 Afghanistan?

Would love the sightseeing but not too enthusiastic about the postal service! Maybe Hawaii? That'd be more my speed.

Just remember the wise old words of the past ! "Tis easier to ask forgiveness, than beg permission" !
Or always the Classic "I've had this for years,It's just been at a friends house" .
Keep on Buying I say ! LOL !

Canada can be a bit nippy. Venezuela isn't too friendly for anybody that looks remotely American. Could it be we are actually better off with the wives?????
