Used parts and pieces of the eduard M4A3 photo etch accessories which turned out great for the front fenders and the .30 MG barrel. Photo etch is a struggle, but worth the effort in some areas of high visibility.
I do love the Archer fine transfers, and have a number of the "A PAPER DOLL" sets in the stash. Will use them for all future Sherman builds until I run out. Rye Field Models liked the Paper Doll so much they have it as an option on their "Easy Eight" kit.
Ken Kolenovsky Very convincing weathering Logan! Kudos to you! Oh, and BTW, the missing L is covered with mud....wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't mentioned it.
Tamiya Sherman M4A3 105mm Howitzer Kit #35251 with Eduard Photo etch (35 369), Archer U.S. 6th Armored Division M4A3 Sherman decals, (AR35145) that don't match the kit, but I like them so went with them. Depot metal barrel. Scratch built grab handles and used Tamiya XF-62 paint with pigment from various companies. Fun kit to build.
