My Uncle had one of these (minus the towing winch) back in the early 80's.
It was blue-grey in colour and fairly weathered and beat up (just like your model)
The three of us kids used to sit in the back of the tray, with my Uncle (driving) and Mum and Grandmother sitting up front in the cab, and the 6 of us (plus dog) would make the trip to Piha every Xmas. Great times and fond memories. This build brought them flooding back! 🙂 👍
