Actually not happy with this build. To start with, the kit base dates back from the 1980's with lack of detail, minor but numerous fitting issues etc. But then I had the bad idea to glue a metal counterweight in the nose with putty, which caused by reaction an unexpected nose distorsion... Discouraged, I went for the quick & dirty week-end build approach... In the end, it still looks like a F-16I... from a distance 😉

Still a very good job, colors are spot on! I remember doing the same mistake in one of my earler builds, in my case being a load of very agressive glue that completely ruined the nose...maybe you can find a replacement and restore it to its full beauty

Still a very good built. Especially your paint-job looks very convincing. You probably used Tamiya grey standard putty? I ones made the same mistake and I had to buy the kit I was working on again! I use now two component epoxy glue for sticking a counterweight in place. Not too much though. You never know if that would cause a reaction too. But so far it works.

Speaking of which, you could also try to putty&sand the nose to repair it

Looks ok! Hasegawa has a tendency like this kit. They reuse an old kit as a most recent version or a "limited" edition for a premium price. That's just a rip-off in my opinion.
To glue metal weights, I simply use white glue. Put a lot of nose weight into my Tamiya 32nd Tomcat like this without issues.

Your aircraft looks very good, I would not have noticed any flaw. - For special purposes (for example clear parts) I use Ponal Express Holzleim which does not affect the plastic material.
