Tamiya TS-76 geschüttelt nicht gerührt und direkt aus der Sprühdose aufgetragen. Ich finde ja die Tamiya Sprays lassen sich super verarbeiten. Klarlack on top ist Zero 2k Daimond finish polliert mit der Proxxon (Baumwollscheibe) und den Tamiya-Polierpasten.

@Dennis ... Danke! Da stimme ich dir zu. Wenn auch ich Tamiya nur ganz wenig benutzt habe.
Mensch, ich habe ja auch diese Baumwollscheibe für meinen Proxxon. Das ich da nicht selbst drauf gekommen bin. Und ich mühe mich immer von Hand ab, wenn ich mal polieren muss. Doof 😄

Wichtig beim polieren mit der Proxxon:
Wenig Drehzahl, kein Druck und pass an den Ecken auf -> hierbei entsteht Reibungshitze und die Baumwollscheibe kann sich in den Lack fressen.

Ich benutze außerdem für jede Paste eine andere Scheibe damit nicht grob mit fein vermischt wird. Ach, und trage am besten ne (Schutz)Brille und lass den Mund zu dabei 😉

Kennst Du „the Scalemodeling Chanel" auf YouTube? Der Mitstreiter dort hat zu dem Thema ein sehr gutes Tutorial erstellt.

Martin: BMW did this on purpose so that the Porsche 911 driver from that time knows what's in his rear mirror and is about to outperform him.
BMW called the trim, in wich the 2002 Turbo was delivered, the warpaint.
Some people got so offended by it so even the government considered to order BMW not to paint their cars like that.

To be honest: i did not use any foil crome at all. I just used the kit parts as they have been. Luckily hasegawa-san placed them very clever to the sprues so almost no cleanup was needed.
