Tyrrell P34 Peterson Belgium 1977
Decorating....
Things going every which way!
I wish this pic showed just how BAD the alignment of the engine and gear box are. I have 2 other finished Tamiya P34 and they all list off to the drivers right. Feel free to retool these ancient DFV bits, Tamiya.
Ah, the little piece that tried to derail this project. Cursed thing not only made it to the floor but also moved 6 some odd feet away from the bench to hiding just under one of the feet on my drum throne.....sneaky bastard!

Starting off with the hard part first: cutting off the rearview mirrors. I managed to NOT miss this detail before painting and decalling, so, i'm already ahead of the game on this one. Find something else to screw up , as has been my lot here recently.

So far, so good. Thankfully, you can't see how BAD the alignment of the engine/ gearbox is. I wish Tamiya would go back and retool their DFVs. I have yet to have one come out straight.

Shame whed the alignment so I guess it can't be fixed some way?
I got the same kit in 1/20 scale and also in 1/12 so I guess that's one thing to look out for
