This project will encompass the construction of 3-6 Nakajima Ki-43 "Oscar" Hayabusas.
I absolutely want to do a Ki-43-I, Ki-43-II & Ki-43-III in Japanese markings. I'm also planning another Ki-43-II to represent one of a handful of Royal Thai Air Force Hayabusas that saw combat against allied attacks on Thailand.
If I had any documented evidence that the Indonesians used their Ki-43s during their war for independence, however ineffectual they might have been, that one would be automatically added. I'm also pretty partial to the idea of building a French Air Force aircraft. I really find it very interesting how the French cobbled together captured Japanese aircraft to try to quell the independence movements throughout Indochina; Even if they failed miserably.
