Okay ship lovers, I need some help. I've been cleaning up the Accessories Ships category a bit lately and for the most part I'm able to source the information I need to get things put in their proper place in a new Topic area. (Scrolling through 1780 products was NOT an option, which is where it was when I started.) This one has me absolutely stumped. I've looked and looked for a British naval gun matching this specific information and have come up without answers. This set looks to be most LIKELY of 3 examples of the BL 4 inch Gun Mk IX. The turret even looks like those seen on the HMS Repulse in 1916. However that gun is 45 calibers in length - not 44! Any ideas what this mystery gun actually is? (Hobby Link Japan & Niko Model call it exactly the same as listed.)
