Interesting model subject. Lovely work so far and I like the tri colour camo.

Very nice progress. An epic project. I was fortunate to see a display of the Soviet version in Ukraine.

Thanks all for the kind comments. The locomotive itself is currently on order with the store who've commissioned the project, so just waiting on that to arrive but cracking on with the 5 rail cars in the meantime.

I believe the correct order for the wagons is as follows, starting from the engine
1 - Artillery wagon (turret towards engine)
2 - Infantry wagon
3 - Artillery/flak wagon (artillery nearest engine)
4 - Tank carrier (ramp away from engine)
5 - Pz IV turret wagon
The same setup should be both ahead of and behind the engine.
The one thing missing from the whole set is the water tender which should be in front of the engine. However there is a resin kit of this available from Atelier Infinite (PZ71 Wasser Tender (Atelier Infinite 35-0042, 1:35)). The whole train will be around 3.5m long, I think!
