1978 P/A Chevy Monza
Just experimenting with how this seated figure might ride seated here sticking out of the top of the car. I probably won't do this but it's good to try things out.
Working on the stance. The car has to have good ground clearance.
Experimenting with possibly having a driver figure.
I drew some concept art of the car.
Building buddy always willing to help.
Working on the suspension.
More concept art.
The mill for this Chevy.
Making progress. Just about have the interior done.
Ooooops. Accidentally snapped the port side off while drilling out the gas filler flap. This old promo plastic is incredibly brittle.
Got the suspension all dialed in. An apocalyptic bash-guard will hide the hokey axle wire under the oil pan.
Got the stance exactly How I wanted it. Sits on all four tires (with the front two being miss-matched) and on the first try thank you very much.
I’m planning on having Sarah Woods back here as a gunner/passenger.

Vehicles like this, always catch my eye. The imagination that goes into them, blows me away! If I attempted something like this, it would look like an old car that's had a load of junk, stuck to it! Now I'm gonna have to hang around and see how it turns out 🙂

Thank you all for your encouraging comments. I'm a very slow builder but have been modeling more lately. I actually started this thing in 2019.
