Excellent work. I've seen a couple of these, in real life. That chain drive and rear brake system, is a feat of engineering, in itself.

Album info

This kit was fun to build, it went together very well despite its age. I only had a little trouble when mating cab to chassis.

As you can see it's the logging variant. The logs that were in the kit were quite awful so one day when we were hiking I took a small saw with me, and one of the kit logs, and managed to find a fallen branch of very similar thickness, and a sort of "loggy" appearance. I haven't done anything to the logs in terms of preservation, we'll just see how that goes. I've had them for a bit in a nice and warm environment so they should be alright for some time.

The windshield is optional, I chose to leave it off because it looks good on this truck.
