Nothing special about adding the conversion itself. I just remember having a few a few problems figuring how to put the pieces at the rear of the tank.
The basic coat on the tank, using WEM ARB05 as SCC n2

Nice model of an ugly vehicle! 👍
I like the finish. Have you applied the decals on gloss coat? It seems like they are a bit silvering...

I hope to cure the silvering with more Microsol. I applied twice some Alclad gloss varnish, but I must ne doomed: My matt paints are always gloss in the end and when I want something gloss it always fail!
Thanks for you comment

Yeah, that's a little tricky sometimes. I made good experiences with Vallejo products, just in case... 😉

Hi everybody!
So here is my entry for this attempt of taking a kit out of the shelf of doom.
In this case,I'll try to resuscitate a Churchill Mk I, converted from the AFV Club Mk III.
I can exactly recall why i stopped this kit: the lack of paint. I started painting the kit with White Ensign Paint, and I didn't have a spare tinlet.
When I tried to order a new tinlet, I then learnt that the Royal Mail now forbade sending Enamel paints abroad. So I tried some alternatives ( DOA Paints) before finally ordering WEM paint in Holland.
But it took a few months to do so, and the kit was in the kit inferno...
Now Churchill is back, and I hope it's for good!
