Ronan, Well, what can I say ? I am really impressed with your modelling space. LOL 🙂 As for the model !!! I am most impressed with every aspect of you 'bringing it to life' with a great touch on the highlighting of the interior details on the bulk heads, seats and especially the fire extinguisher detail. I am needing to know what method was used to give you such a clean demarcation of the camouflage patterns. It is an absolute credit to your patience, vision and your attention to detail. Salute ! 🙂

Thank guys for congratulations ! the highlights in the cabin is made by watercolor pencils, it is very easy to do clean lines with that method. For the camouflage, i use patafix : i will add photos for the paint step by step and you see what i mean. Kenavo !

I don't use tape or something like that because it is too sin and the demarcation lines will be too hard. If you want slightly sweet lines you need something thick or paper off the model so i use patafix.

Ronan stunner build so far!
i have the naval version in pale grey of this mixer awaiting in the pipeline, do you have any recommendations or anything to be careful during the assembly of the kit?

Murad, the kit is good, not difficult to build. The air intake at the top of the cockpit is too small, so i did it in scratch. it is the only big mistake of the kit. Ronan

What a stunning example of scale modelling Ronan. The extra work you have done to make this kit come alive is simply stunning. Be proud mate, an awesome build. 🙂

That is absolutely superb, Ronan. The paintwork is immaculate; what kind of paints are you using?

Thank you for congrats. I used some decals from the kit, the code EAI comes from another decal sheet and all the other details are hand painted. I use Gunze paint with airbrush and Prince August with paintbrush.

I retract my earlier comment, as I now say that it is just a wonderful example of a most difficult subject. 🙂

If I didn't know all ready that this is a model, I would say that you have submitted actual photos of the aircraft. Your work is just stunning and I doubt I will see an other chopper that looks as good as this one. Unless it's something new from you. Wonderful.🙂
