My first serious attempt. I'm working with an Aztek 4709 and Tamiya acrylics. The weathering was done with washes from Flory Models (water based...so very easy to use) and some pastel chalks. The mud is European Earth pigments from AK.

Very nice job on the camo and weathering! I just finishd mine! I have to saye, mine was an very old model of Tamiya and was not so detald as the kits now! I think it's from the early 80's! Take a look in my albums! 🙂

Thx for you comment! It's highly appreciated since it's my very first attempt to work out airbrush painting... I watched quiet a few youtube tutorials before I felt ready to try 😉
Just checked you JT and I must say considering the age of the kid it's not too bad at all!!! You did a great job there and I must admit I wish my crew figures would turn out at least half as good as yours.

Paintig figures can sometimes be a pain in the ass!!! I'm still Saving money to buy an airbrush! Everything i build is painted with spraycanes and painted by hand! 🙂

I thought so. But that makes your results even more admirable!!! When you're ready to get an airbrush I can really recommend the Aztek 4709. Super easy to handle ....and to clean! 🙂
