Glazing dials with Kristal Klear
Dry fit
Closing fuselage
Careful reinforcing of the rivets
Some cautious putty
AK Primer applied on the joints to check for imperfection and cover some...
White (X-2) applied on the wing fronts
White bands masked
Paint applied - used Gunze for Green (H302) and Dark Green (H73) and AK RC for Ocean Grey (RC288) and Dark Sea Grey (RC296)
Chipping applied with AK Silver Pencil and 4B for the front of the white bands and several oils applied, using Abteilung 502 also from AK
Nagging, nagging cowl joint...
Couldn't stand it anymore - sanding sticks to action again!!!
AK Primer applied
Re-painted - joint mark is now corrected and cowl is smooth
Coming along...
Starting correcting the decals join and the white overprint (for example, in the eyes)
Added some streaking on the belly with AMMO Mig oils and varnished with MRP-48 Super Clear Gloss
Wash applied with AK 2071
Paiting the exhaust marks on the sides - H47 + H77 on the ouside and XF-57 on the inside
Working on the exhausts with oils from the Oilbrusher family
Using a Motolov pen for the chrome of the oleos
Propeller ready
Final touch ups

Nice kit, that one. I'm using other decals as I want to keep that scheme for the 1/32 version in the stash!

Thanks Stephan. Closing now the fuselage. Exagerated a bit on the chipping because I will be closing the canopy and little will be seen.
