Tamiya Panel Line Accent is a dangerous drug. Overuse makes the result cartoonish. This model is a testing ground.

First time using primer! Kinda necessary since the tank is a two part piece with a nasty line down the middle.

Tamiya X-1 was a b*tch to learn how to mix right for the airbrush. Turned out OK, at least I learned stuff.

Tricky, started out with a toothpick, switched to my tiniest Tamiya brush, finally got the best result with a flat, wide (but still small) brush.

The details in this kit really are magnificent. I'm satisfied enough with my work but what really makes this is the kit itself.

I like this line of 70's Jap street custom bikes, just like the stuff I used to ride in the 80's.
The Honda is really nice, they do a Z900 or Z1000 I think too....
Watching now 😉

That's come out great! All the right bits for a mildly customised bike, 4 into 1 pipe, remote gas reservoir shocks, square mirrors etc, really good details 😉
I'm sure I have an old pic of my old silver CB900 somewhere.....

Thank you all! Yeah Munky, the only thing being a bit extraordinary is the aftermarket clutch, couldn't even find pics of a bike with something like that on google. Looks sick though. I wouldn't mind seeing pictures of your old CB900! I love everything Honda.
