Yes, the chrome is as supplied. I've not done any stripping / rechroming. To be honest, not sure how I'd go about it. I'm using Tamya rattle can sprays and I can't see anything that would work better than the prechromed. Not a lot of purchase options in rural Australia. And I'm a bit wary of kitting myself up witha Spray unit...
