M1070 build
Think I've got all I need for the actual build of the model.
The instructions call to not use cement on the uprights, to allow for movement, but the anti roll bar needs gluing to hold it in place. So, I removed the connections and replaced with m1 nuts and

Brake and CTIS lines added for axles 3 and 4.

Getting there. Sub assembles are only dry fitted. Need to finish the engine, then I can prime everything.
Sub assembles still not glued into place as interior isn't anywhere near finished, but wanted to get the paint on before fitting the CPK. Engine isn't anywhere near finished either as the kit wasn't as nicely finished as I hoped it would be. But still, we move forward.

Started weathering the engine and rear of the tractor unit. Still have more wiring to add to the engine.

Some of the pipes/hoses on the m1070 are corrugated. Trying to find corrugated pipes in 1/35 is hard.
So, I bought a miniature tape a die set and ran my copper wire through the die. This leaves a thread on the wire giving a corrugated look.

The CPK comes with the bolt heads unattached. The PE heads are flat, so I've been using MasterClub hexagon nuts.
However, you have to drill out every hole using a 0.4mm piece (snapped around 50) and I've probably dropped and lost as many of the nuts as I have fitted... They look good however.

Added the ET Models FCBC2 screen, keyboard and sincgars radio. Scratched a Rhino control box and added the FCBC2 cpu. Also added the associated wiring, and other internal wiring ass needed.

Neat trick with the die set for the hoses, I'm gonna pick up one of those myself. Lots of DEF lines and wire loom in my future...
