Had some problems along the way. Tried using Mr. Surfacer primer only to realize I didn't have a compatible thinner... that made a horrible mess. Then switched to Vallejo Mecha black primer, which worked pretty well this time around, but had a heck of a time covering it up with the lighter colors, and didn't do a good job of ensuring I had full opacity on the white, so I ended up with two tones of white in random places. Had paint torn up when I was removing the masking tape. Lastly, when reassembling, had a heck of a time getting it back together. Damaged some of the new paint in the process. But in the end I got it completed well enough to stick on the back of a shelf and forget about.

Yeah. I wanted to get it done so I could move on to the next project.

Had some trouble during reassembly. Did a little damage to the paint, but it will be okay on the back of the shelf.
