Eduard's MiG 21 MFN in 1:48 is on the runway, but I can't decide on a paint job 🙁 Silver arrow or Vietnamese Dalmatian with green dots, the construction itself hardly poses any problems, you can see that the kit often looks the mold was made, but it should still be possible almost without a spatula 🙂

Thanks Spanjaard, let's wait and see how the engraving and spatula will be, that decides then metal finish or green rock 🙂
My only known pain point on the Eduard MiG 21, the fuselage seam between the nose landing gear and the surface approach, I sanded a lot inside and tried but the gap could not be closed 100%, the fine engravings are made with acrylic spatula, which makes post-processing easier 🙂

Watching. I agree with Jens, the Eduard MiG-21 is like LEGO - perfect fit.

A primer with Gunze GX Black and a paint with Gunze Mr. Metal Color did not dry out after 3 days and a light sanding made it roll like rubber instead of the slight abrasion as desired, so the MiG 21 goes into a bath made of Dowanol and is as a whole newly painted
