Nice progress! I see you were struggling with the same wing-to-fuselage join as I was, but you managed to fill it in nicely! What color scheme did you have in mind?

thanks yes and I am not confortable with my filling sanding scribbing (still learning). I will go for vietnamese color but I do not know if I do a OOB or else.

update on painting. I initially tried with Flat mat primer AK and Xtreme metal alu, but quite bad finish.
I sanded again and spray again with 2 coat of gloss black and then a light layer of Alluminum (Xtreme metal). I lost few detail in the battle but the finish is definitivelly better.

Now I need to limit the number of coat to avoid to sink all the details. I will probably go for chipping fluid (firt time) and only one coat of green camo. I therefore need to change my initial camo scheme plan and adjust modify sery number if possible. let me know what you think

The metal finish came out great, looking forward to the removal of the silly putty masks👍🏻

That's a busy masking scheme you've got there! It will be interesting to see the result!

patafix removed and camo appeared, now as I changed camo I needed to modify serial number using the decal from Zvezda and some hand cutting to represent the no 2011.

What a strange camo, one would think that the bare metal areas would create reflections that would ruing the camo effect? Nice paintjob in any way and the decals turned out just fine. Now just the home stretch and you are good!

Superb! Looks better and better! I am planing to do a similar one with tan/brown dots over the green background.

here is the finished build. The camo, which is not proposed by Arifix needed fun and simple adjustment. I liked the build of this new Airfix easy and smooth. please let me know what you think about it.
