Good job so far.
What putty did you use to attach the wings to the fuselage?

Hi guys, thank you for encouraging!
@Cuajete, I've used Mr. White putty by Gunze.
Since I had a serious doubt whether simple glueing the wings in the way designed by SH will provide enough construction strength, finally I left the toothstick inside (pic.9) - it goes wing to wing through openings I made in the fuselage and acts like a stringer. This solution helped me to set correct dihedral of the wings as well.

Oooooh, I missed this one. Always liked the Whirlwind. Pitty it didn't have proper engines.
