Painted the base dark metal color on the tracks with Testors Metallizer, and sealed.

I didn't do a good job documenting this build at all. Assembled and painted the interior, then sealed it all up with the main build. I guess I was enjoying myself too much to take a break for photos!

Operator: US Army 4th Infantry Division
Location: Fort Carson, CO (USA)
Timeframe: 1991-1993

Personal Interest:
Several battalions of the 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized) operated the M2A2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) for the mechanized infantry and cavalry missions. Although 4th Infantry did not deploy for Operation Desert Storm, the armor was nonetheless painted desert sand in case rapid deployment became necessary. M2A2 Bradley IFVs were frequently operated on the Fort Carson reservation and the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site for exercises.
