To my knowledge they never proceeded to design a plane to fit it. The National Museum of the USAF highlights that "... theoretically could be stowed in an aircraft, ejected with the pilot and deployed during descent.".

This is the 1:72 scale 3D printed resin kit by "Aircraft In Miniature Ltd". The X-25A Discretionary Descent Vehicle was a variant of the Bensen B-8M developed by the USAF in order to study of ejection seat with integrated small autogyro. The purpose of this study was to allow downed pilots more control over their post-ejection landing spot.
