Northrop Delta 1C

Single-engine passenger model developed from the Gamma. Only 12 were built by Northrop (and another 20 in Canada under license). The 1C had only one example, and it started life in 1933 as a passenger plane flying for a Swedish airline, later to carry mail for the Spanish Republican government before ending its life in the Spanish air force under Franco. A classic Golden Age aircraft.
