This is a bad model IMO. A lot of flash and pin marks, interior is pretty empty, resin parts are very fragile. Wings do not fit well to fuselage. There was a big problem underneath by the ventral gun station with fit.
Wings have a weird overlap that has to be fixed. The two resin seats are very hard to separate from plastic without breaking them, both of mine broke. The Dive Brakes were also resin and completely fell apart but I am scratch building some that should look OK. No instrument panel detail and instructions are unclear to as exactly were they should go. There are no holes in the canopies for the Machine Guns. The ventral gunstation is still something of a wonder, I am not sure if the gun mount is going to fit at all under the canopy, and the pictures in the instructions are unclear. The rear landing gear was also a big mystery of how it was supposed to go in, there are no marks or holes at all to get the positioing right, and the instruction are once again unclear. I have built most of it already, I just need to do the exaust and clear parts. I would recommend adding a lot of aftermarket, there is an instrument set from Yalu models. It has instrument panels for both the MPM and the new Zveszda PE 2 (which I have also bought.) Eduard makes an Interior and exterior detail set for the PE 2 from Zvezda, which may also work on this kit but I am not sure.
After nearly 20 hours of work on it, there too many problems, MG that broke trying to get them off the Resin tree, as well as the dive brakes were badly broken. Detail inside was nonexistant. Instead of buying a bunch of AM parts, I decided to let this one go and bought the new Zvesda PE 2, it looks like a much better kit.
