DanMy first firing battery I was assigned to in December of 1984 was Btry H, 3rd Bn, 11th Mar. The M923s were new with the MERDC winter scheme and the dual tires in the rear. The M114s were retubed WWII howitzers. The carriages we're dated 1942-44 and the tubes were from 1945-52.
