bughunterYes, because the museum is on the company premises and a guided tour has to be organised. And of course a guide must also be available.
Some guests didn't show up, so there were only three of us visitors 🙂

Kyle DeHartThat's excellent. My silver Total livery has the wheels from your Esso's in photo 1 and 3. Pretty sure I forgot to paint my door handles black as well now that you mention it. 😒 This definitely makes me want to get a couple more.

bossy122Lining up the lions is a fun challenge. Being my favorite livery, it explains why I did that one 3 times. It's the car I generally use on McRae 2.0, love it. I'm not so sure I forgot to paint the handles as much as I didn't think I could paint them without making a complete mess of things. And yet, I painted the Turkey 206 handle by hand. I will have to go back and correct that.

Sy BarTo add detail to cockpit I used the new "Real Colors Markers" they work well with great coverage and so far the "brush" tip makes the job easy and natural

Sy BarThe instruction in step 16 confused me for awhile. I got the cutout bit (seams the large extra fuel tanks interfered with the flaps!) but it took some time to workout the fill instructions.
It's only when you put the newly clipped flaps on you see the gap left on the wing, creating too much drag and the fill becomes obvious 🤪

DoubtingmangoSo I just finished this little Italian job. The decals came out with a lot of the edges showing, which then got a lot worse when I added some washes. I used Microset on the decals, and then sealed them with Tamiya semi-gloss before the washes, but it actually looks like the washes got under the decals. Any thoughts?
