Years ago, before ICM released the new generation kits and everyone was talking about how expensive and problematic Kitty Hawk's Mig-25 kit was, I luckily bought this kit quite cheaply second hand. I tried to rescribe the raise panel lines and when I failed, I threw the kit aside. Since I did organize a Mig contest on our association's Facebook page and would not participate in the evaluation, I decided to take advantage of this opportunity to restart modifying this model. I used putty to hide the lines I opened earlier. Then I found the blueprint files from the internet and downloaded them. That's when I realized how wrong this model from the 1980s was. After a long struggle, I rescribed all the pane lines at their correct places. I moved the front landing gear and its bay 22 millimeters back and it was a very difficult operation. Later, I tried to finish it as soon as I realized that this much effort would not be noticeable in the model that would result. The finished model turned out to be something that could not be considered beautiful under any circumstances. But it allowed me to gain serious experience in rescribing panel lines and modification.
