The kit itself was great, but the decals were extremely mojo sapping: very brittle, didn't want to release from the backing paper and difficult to get to conform to the model. I would highly recommend painting the spine yourself, rather than relying on the decal.
Still, it turned out as an OK 'three-footer' and I'm pleased with how my second attempt at oil paint based weathering turned out.
