The kit comes with MB Mk.16F, which is wrong if you wanted to replicate the true Rafale C01. I have to look for seat replacement in the meantime.

lightly sprayed the canopy with clear yellow with a little of gold leaf.

small details painted, I decided to use silver for 2000L Fuel Tank based on prototype test of Rafale C01 and to add a little more variation of color.

preshaded with light grey

added custom pitot from melted sprue, better than nothing.

painted with a mix of Tamiya black, hull red, and light grey. added 2nd layer of the same mix with more hull red, hoping to give some subtle 'sun-kissed' surface (It doesn't seem to work, I might add 3rd layer of hull red slightly). but moving on and let the paint cure for now.

All parts are assembled, I am quite satisfied with how the paint turn out for first time painting in RAM scheme, although still far from perfect.

Yes Sergej, I am still learning to replicate the RAM paint scheme perfectly, but it seems that I still have a long road ahead 😀
As for the resin seat I ordered the one without the pilot, but it seems there's no data in scalemates on it yet.
